Our Approach to Development
VanWest takes a data-driven, “top down” approach to self storage site selection that is heavily focused on market research. We believe the key to successful projects is not only identification of prime real estate sites that are difficult to replicate, but also selection of sites located in underserved storage markets. Collectively, our team has developed more than 25 self storage projects and over 2 million square feet.
