Jacob is an underwriting analyst for new VanWest acquisitions. He also provides feedback on demographics within the market and potential portfolio growth opportunities.
Before joining VanWest, Jacob worked as a financial analyst for a wealth management firm in Chicago providing portfolio services and management to high-net-worth individuals.
Jacob graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with a degree in Finance and Business Analytics.
When not in the office, Jacob enjoys watching sports, particularly the Chicago Cubs and Indiana University’s men’s basketball. In the summer, he hikes 14ers with friends, and in the winters, gets out on his snowboard.
